After adding the EventPal application in Facebook here: http://www.facebook.com/eventpay - the following walks you through creating your ticketed event in just a few steps:
STEP ONE - Click "Create an Event"
STEP TWO - Enter your event information - Complete Steps 1 - 2 - 3 as in below, then Click "Add Tickets"
STEP 3 - Enter your ticketing details
STEP FOUR - Enter your Payment Info - this is where you will receive your Event Payments from EventPal
STEP FIVE - Publish to FACEBOOK
